What the role looks like
Guiding customers through their claims from first call to final settlement
Creating strong, trusted connections with clients and insurers
Championing the best outcomes for everyone involved
Helping recover uninsured losses
Keeping our admin organised and our service running smoothly
Being a reassuring voice on our client helpline
Supporting our Account Executives
