Insurance Customer Services Advisor

What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Advisor / Account Handler, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience every time they contact us. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Providing clear, accurate written and verbal advice on insurance policies while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Acting as the first point of contact for a mixed portfolio of clients—building strong relationships and supporting them with queries as they arise.
Reviewing, Updating, and maintaining client records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Resolving customer queries efficiently and supporting positive client outcomes.
Provide support to and work closely with Account Executives and BDEs.
Achieve consistent retention targets.
Cross sell and identify up-sell opportunities to provide relevant ancillary polices and products revolving around our client’s needs.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 18 months’ insurance experience – personal lines (considered) SME/commercial combined experience preferred.
Previous experience in customer service—comfortable communicating by phone and email.
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills (Excel/MS Office etc).
A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to bring your best self to work each day.
Please note: Insurance experience is essential for this role.
