Appointment Booker
Location: Hybrid (Stevenage-based)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Holiday: 28 days + bank holidays
Bonus: Quarterly bonus scheme
We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual to join our Sales Support Team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our New Business pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in supporting a high-performing sales function.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for the initial contact for prospective clients, helping to create a positive impression of our business and ensuring our sales team has the best possible opportunities to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective leads via phone and email to introduce our services and qualify interest
Clean, update, and maintain data to ensure accuracy and reliability across our CRM systems
Book qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring smooth handovers and excellent client experience
Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all information is logged accurately for reporting and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport quickly
Confidence speaking to new people and handling conversations professionally
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
