Client Services Manager

We’re on the hunt for a talented Insurance Client Services Manager who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to lead a team and build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.
As a Client Services Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Client Executives, Senior Client Executives and Development Executives.
So, what does the role of a Client Services Manager here involve?
• Ensuring the Client Executives undertake accurate processing of renewals and work within the confines of the company processes and procedures
• Responsible for management administration for the team (holidays, sickness, absence)
• Establish recruitment needs and take responsibility for the interviewing process and implementation of training procedures for new starters of all direct reports within the team
• Deal with performance issues for the team and conduct matters quickly and appropriately
• Responsible for the setting of personal training plans and carrying out appraisals for your direct reports
What experience does a Client Services Manager need?
It’s essential that you have extensive insurance broking experience as you will be offering technical guidance to your team, and you will be getting involved with wider strategy for the region. You will have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to. You need to have excellent relationships skills, have enthusiasm and be a problem solver.
It would be advantageous if you have some team leader or people management experience.
