Customer Service Advisor

What does a Customer Service Advisor here do?
- Provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, email and via web chat.
- Build positive relationships with customers, Insurers providing advice and solutions
- Take personal responsibility their development and keep their knowledge and expertise up to date so they are always giving our customers the service they need
- Work in a financially regulated environment and play an important role in helping tour company ensure we protect our customers
