Client Director
We’re looking for a talented Client Director to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, retaining and developing a portfolio of clients through face-to-face sales and account management. You will also contribute to the growth and development of your whole team while providing support to your manager.
What does a Client Director here do?
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all the following:
Manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering multiple services with expertise in technology and pensions.
Responsible for a large client revenue, managing relationships across General Insurance and International (WBN) networks.
Drive growth within the existing client portfolio.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions for both people and business risks.
Take ownership or be involved with prospective field-based clients to expand opportunities.
Provide guidance on pricing methodology using industry expertise.
Negotiate with providers on behalf of clients to secure terms aligned with their objectives.
Respond to complex tender proposals with well-structured solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the new business pipeline.
Support management in training and developing colleagues.
Act as a key problem-solving resource, handling challenges and complexities within the team.
What are we looking for in our next Client Director?
Must have CII GR1 and IF7 and at least Pension Management Institute Diploma / Diploma / L2 / L3 L4 qualification(s).
Hold a full, clean driving licence.
An advanced understanding of employee benefits and their operation.
Expert in a broking or advisory environment.
Highly experienced in managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients.
Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Well organised and able to respond well under pressure and meeting deadlines
