Customer Service Advisor
📍 Location: Colchester
💰 Salary: £24,785 (pro‑rata) + generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to £28,570 pro‑rata)
🕒 Hours: Full‑time or part‑time available (flexible between 8am–6pm, including core hours of 10am–2pm, plus occasional Saturdays)
➡️ We’re happy to work around school hours, parenting commitments, or other needs — choose the pattern that works for you. You would need to be available for full time training for at least 4 weeks. This would be Monday - Friday 9am -5pm from 10th August 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
🏡 Supporting customers with new business quotes, supporting sales alongisde general inquires you will also deal with property insurance queries
🎯 Delivering a highly customer‑focused service every time
đź’ˇ Balancing sales, retention, and productivity targets
➡️ Bonus is paid quarterly based on performance across sales, retention, and productivity.
