Apprentice Client Executive
Everywhen Emerging Careers Apprenticeship Programme
Do you feel life has come to a crossroads and you are unsure which direction to take your career… could Insurance be the right career for you?
Following the amazing success of the last three apprenticeship intakes, our apprenticeship programme has been externally recognised by the Global Learning Awards and awarded the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award in 2024. At Everywhen, we are launching the 2026 intake of our exciting Emerging Careers Programme, giving you the opportunity to unlock all those hidden skills and potential that you never knew you had.
These apprentices are full time positions in either Swansea or Southampton so you will need to be within a reasonable commute of either of these locations. Initially the role will be fully based in the office, moving to a hybrid working arrangement when training is complete.
Starting in September 2026, you will begin to build a successful career through our robust induction before embarking onto our Apprenticeship programme. Yes, there will be lots to learn but don’t worry, you will be supported throughout your journey to help you to be outstanding in your career in Insurance. Don’t just take our word for it, let’s hear from one of our 2025 apprentices:
Charlie Brawn, Apprentice Account Handler, London
“I came into the apprenticeship around 3 months after I finished my A-levels. I have always preferred hands-on learning, so I knew that starting a career in financial services, which is an industry I had always wanted to work in, made the most sense. An apprenticeship was the perfect way to start working whilst also learning about the industry and gaining qualifications in insurance.
From day one of the apprenticeship, I was already learning a lot about insurance. The apprenticeship program started with a 6 week induction, which taught me so much about the insurance industry and was the perfect introduction as someone who had no experience in insurance at all. During the 6 week induction I also met the other apprentices who started at the same time, and it was great to have others in the same position as me who were just starting in the industry. The support I received throughout the program is one of the best parts. The Learning and Development team were always approachable (and still are) and would help with anything.
When I transitioned into my role, the support continued, with all my colleagues being very supportive and approachable for any questions I may have. I have no regrets in my choice of starting an apprenticeship at Everywhen. It’s given me the chance to start my career early and gain a lot of knowledge, and I have enjoyed every moment since I started.”
We will make sure you are prepared to succeed through our induction and on-boarding programme, which will see you learn and develop knowledge and skills that will be crucial for the role as an Apprenticeship Client Executive. You will be supported through experienced mentors and buddies throughout your journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn whilst learning great skills and setting solid foundations for your career ahead.
Following a successful induction, you will undertake an 18-month apprenticeship programme which will provide supported studying towards achieving a level 3 qualification in Insurance. Once you have obtained your Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification, this will enable you to evolve and flourish in Everywhen through our internal talent programmes in areas such as Leadership, Sales and Insurance to name a few.
Being part of the Emerging Careers Programme means your future is looking very bright indeed.
