Junior Applications Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Applications Analyst to join our IT Operations team in a fully remote role. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants hands‑on experience, structured development, and exposure to real‑world systems used across the insurance industry.
You’ll become a key part of our Applications Support Team, helping colleagues across the business while learning how our systems work behind the scenes. Full training is provided — all you need is curiosity, confidence with technology, and the drive to learn.

What you’ll be doing
First‑line application support — responding to queries from colleagues, resolving issues where possible and escalating when needed.
Building deep knowledge of Acturis and other core business applications.
Maintaining and developing our company letter suite.
Understanding the insurance landscape to better support users.
Keeping up to date with vendor releases and sharing updates with the team.
Contributing to team meetings, planning, and action tracking.

This role is perfect for a school leaver or recent graduate with a passion for technology and an interest in software or application support. You’ll thrive here if you are:
Confident using IT systems and MS Office
