Team Leader
We are currently looking for a new Team Leader to join our Schemes Team., you will have previous Insurance experience, with the ability to motivate and encourage and lead from the front.
As a Team Leader you will provide exceptional customer service to all our customers and offer additional products. You will work as part of a team and provide contribution towards providing great customer journeys for our clients.
Duties Include
· You will be the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring that all customers receive the best possible customer experience
· Set individual and team goals or objectives to ensure the team meets the expectations of clients, business partners and the business.
· Supervise, train or guide team members to ensure team members achieve individual and business targets.
· Mediate any interpersonal issues whilst inspiring and motivating team members through providing effective feedback to create individual learning plans.
· Assist Line Manager to review processes and systems and make recommendations for improvement as part of the ongoing aim of achieving operational excellence.
· Maximise the take up of Added Value Products through inbound and outbound channels to achieve & exceed revenue targets.
· Review the performance of team members through observation, analysis of management information and customer and technical feedback.
· Provide ad-hoc coaching, amending, and revising workload as necessary, and utilising support functions where necessary.
· To ensure workloads and tasks are managed across multiple platforms including back office and email.
· Output to the line manager on a regular basis reporting on agent productivity and sales performance.
· To have an excellent understanding of the departmental targets, MI and channel performance
