💰 Salary: £24,570 (pro‑rata) + Generous Quarterly Bonus with earning potential of up to £28,570 (pro‑rata)
🕒 Hours: Flexible part‑time hours between 8am–6pm, including our core hours of 10am–2pm, plus occasional Saturdays.

📞 Support customers over phone & email — customer service experience is essential

Training & Working Pattern:

🎓 Training: 3 weeks, office‑based, 9:30am–3pm (5th–22nd May)
🏡 Office-based initially, with hybrid working (1–2 days WFH depending on hours) once competent
