Client Services Administrator
Location: Winnersh (Office‑based until probation passed)
Salary: £24,570
Are you an organised, proactive person with experience in office-based customer service and administration?
If so, we’d love to welcome you to our friendly and supportive team in Winnersh. This role is office‑based initially, with the option to move to a hybrid working pattern once probation is successfully completed.
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. You’ll be the voice of our organisation, helping clients with non‑advised queries, understanding their needs, and ensuring the service they receive is accurate, efficient, and exceeds expectations. Your commitment helps us deliver the market‑leading customer experience we’re known for.
Our team thrives on collaboration, positivity, and professionalism. We value people who listen well, communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and take pride in building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurer partners.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, insurers, and internal teams, handling day‑to‑day administrative queries.
Responding independently and proactively to client and insurer requests, meeting agreed SLAs and keeping all parties informed.
Coordinating the administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership and claims data, and client communications.
Checking incoming and outgoing correspondence carefully, identifying and challenging any discrepancies.
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all data is kept up to date within internal systems.
Attending meetings with insurers and participating in product training as needed.
Ensuring full compliance with company procedures, customer service standards, and relevant industry regulations.
What we’re looking for:
Previous office‑based customer service experience
Strong administration skills
Insurance industry experience (helpful, but not essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A collaborative team player
Someone who is passionate about delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused service
