Project Manager

We’re looking for a remote UK based proactive and highly skilled Project Manager to join our Change & Integration team. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering business‑critical initiatives and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses. This is a role with real visibility, impact and the opportunity to shape how we deliver change across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Lead projects end‑to‑end, delivering on time, within scope and budget.
Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR and the wider business.
Manage project governance, planning, risks, issues and change control.
Track progress, resolve bottlenecks and escalate where needed.
Oversee cross‑functional delivery and ensure readiness for transition/go‑live.
Line‑manage, coach and developing PMs or coordinators.
What you’ll bring
Project management experience in financial services, preferably insurance.
Strong understanding of regulated environments and complex change.
Project management qualifications (Prince2, AMP, PMP or equivalent).
Confident communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
Solid grasp of delivery frameworks, governance and financial controls.
Experience developing or mentoring junior team members.
