Client Money Payment Executive
Purpose of the Role
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Payment Administrator to join one of our Client Money Teams within Everywhen. If you’re someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in accuracy, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Our modern Leeds city centre office is just a 10‑minute walk from the train and bus stations and sits conveniently on a main bus route — making your commute simple and stress‑free.
What you’ll be doing
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your Line
Manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following and more:
Setting and achieving annual objectives with your manager
Issuing payments from the Client account on behalf of our Broker members
Managing your own workload to meet agreed SLAs and quality standards
Building strong working relationships with internal teams, external brokers, and partner businesses
Ensuring all activity complies with FCA regulations
Completing training and assessment tasks assigned by our Compliance and Training teams
Supporting the wider team with additional tasks as needed
