Client Money Remediation Analyst

We’re offering an exciting hybrid opportunity to join our Finance team in Leeds, where you’ll play a key part in resolving legacy items across multiple workstreams. This is your chance to collaborate with colleagues across the business, tackle complex reconciliations, and help close PAS and related bank accounts — all while building your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office; initial training may require 5 days onsite)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with your Line Manager to shape your objectives, but expect to get hands-on with
a variety of responsibilities, including:
Managing client cash receipts and allocations
Handling insurer receipts and settlements/reconciliations
Supporting payment processes and bank reconciliations
Working with internal debt, credit write-backs, and office account transfers
Assisting with systems runoffs and claims reconciliations
Taking ownership of PAS processing (with training and licenses provided)
Identifying and reporting issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
This role offers exposure to a wide range of financial processes, giving you the opportunity to broaden your expertise and make a tangible difference.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a finance/accounts team (insurance market experience is a bonus, but not essential).
