Client Services Administrator
Location: Southampton (Hybrid, following completion of probation)
Salary: £24,570
We’re on the hunt for a talented Client Services Administrator to join our friendly team based in Southampton. Joining us as a Client Services Administrator, you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends! Initially you will work from our office in Southampton alongside our welcoming and supportive team. Once you’re feeling confident and your training and probation period is complete, this role will become hybrid if you wish, where you’ll have the option to work just 3 days in the office and 2 days from home every week.
Our Client Services Administrators are a key part of our business, speaking to our customers on non-advised queries and ensuring we understand their needs and provide a service that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty. We strive to provide a market-leading customer experience, and that’s driven by you.
What does a Client Services Administrator here do?
- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day administration from clients, providers and other internal and external sources.
- Respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner.
- Co-ordinate administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership data, claims data & communication material.
- Ensure that any correspondence received and issued is checked for discrepancies and challenge as appropriate.
- Ensure that client records and our in-house system is always kept up to date.
- You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives.
What are we looking for in our next Client Services Administrator?
- At least 2 years previous office administration experience is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft package ability.
- Willingness to develop
- Customer centric approach.
