New Business Development Executive
 
      We're are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience to step into a dynamic role where you’ll be rewarded for results, supported with training, and given clear progression opportunities within a growing insurance business. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth, whilst utilising and existing pipeline to facilitate quick growth.
What you’ll be doing:
• Engaging with new clients, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored insurance solutions by picking up the phone and building rapport with potential clients, open doors, navigate gatekeepers, and secure meetings with decision-makers
• Proactively generating and following up on opportunities to win new business by strategically self-generating prospects through research, recommendation and referral
• Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events
• Building relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention
• Working towards individual targets, celebrating success as you hit targets and objectives
• Strategically self-generating prospects through research, recommendation and referral
• Deliver tailored, engaging proposals that show real/added value
• Develop and manage your pipeline and track results
• Preparing client presentations and materials Who we’re looking for:
• Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Confident, enthusiastic communicator with a commercial mindset
• Target-driven with the ambition to exceed goals and progress your career
• Organised, proactive, and able to build rapport quickly
• Motivated and positive, with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions
• A full driving licence, with minimal points
