What would I do as a Health & Safety Advisor at Stallard Kane?
You will form part of a regional team of Health & Safety Advisors in a remote, field-based role. You will visit and support clients across your region, covering a wide range of industries. Your responsibilities will include carrying out Health & Safety audits and providing ongoing support through the implementation of management systems, completion of risk assessments, and development of safe systems of work.
You’ll also produce industry-specific documentation as required, such as construction phase plans. Where needed, you will assist clients with accident investigations and offer practical, bespoke advice tailored to their operational and legal responsibilities.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for a Health & Safety professional seeking variety, impact, and job satisfaction. We are committed to building long-lasting relationships with our clients, so if you're passionate about improving Health & Safety performance and culture across multiple organisations, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll need?
We’re a friendly supporting team and are looking for an individual who genuinely loves meeting business owners and helping them manage Health & Safety within their organisation, always with a common-sense approach. You’ll be able to build relationships quickly, listening to the business owner’s needs and helping them to move past whatever issues they have, before providing practical solutions.
You must have Health & safety experience and hold as a minimum NEBOSH General Certificate. You will also have a full UK driving licence and be happy to stay away from home overnight as required (all related expenses paid!)
Experience in health and safety on construction sites, construction health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction or equivalent will be advantageous.
You also need to be driven, take pride in your work and have customer service at the forefront of everything you do. In this role, it does without saying that you need to have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your approach to documentation for clients.
