Personal Lines Insurance Advisor

Work in Retail or Hospitality? Or maybe you’re about to leave school or college and want to step into a career now, rather than get a degree?
Then come join us as a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday (between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm Full time 37.5 hours per week at our office in St Austell. No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training! We offer a basic salary of Circa £25k depending on experience. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with one of the UKs largest group of independent Insurance Brokers.
So, what does the role of a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor here involve?
- Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.
- Sending out letters, Quotes, Renewal and New Business documentation to new & existing clients, answering the telephone and sending email quotations to prospects.
- Efficiently manage high call volumes within our dynamic team environment meeting performance targets.
What are we looking for?
- You will possess the ability to build positive relationships with clients, Insurers and team members.
- You will have the ability to work as part of a team in an enthusiastic and positive manner and be organised.
- You will have a good telephone manner and be able to talk to clients with confidence. You will also have accuracy in letter writing
